Realistic riding experience – in your home

With the Tacx Neo Bike Plus, you can turn your home into a cycling route. Simulated gradients and vibrations make it feel like you’re riding on a wide variety of terrain, giving you a realistic riding experience. You can shift gears just like on a real bike. The bike responds by adjusting the behaviour of the pedal resistance. You can also simulate downhill riding using power from an external source. The settings can be easily adjusted, meaning a whole family can take turns on the bike.

Enjoy quiet rides – without restrictions

Pedal as fast as you can without disturbing those around you. The bike is particularly quiet – ideal for use in an apartment with thin walls.

Compatibility

The Tacx Neo Bike Plus is compatible with apps such as TrainerRoad, Zwift and Tacx's own app. You can use the Tacx app on your phone, tablet or personal computer. With the app, you can ride the most exciting routes from around the world without ever having to leave your home. You can also create your own GPS routes. You can receive and track your speed, power, cadence and much more as data on your device. Set your own target values for the duration and load of your workout in the app. You can also take part in live races against your friends or against yourself as a virtual training partner. The Tacx app uses one of your old training sessions for this.

Tacx NEO Bike Plus vs. Tacx Neo Bike Smart

In essence, the Bike Plus and the Bike Smart have many of the same functions. However, there are also differences.

There are also differences in shifting compatibility. The Bike Plus has shifters that can be individually adjusted in line with the shifting logic of SHIMANO, SRAM and Campagnolo. There is a choice of up to three virtual chainrings, adjustable between 22 and 53 teeth. It also has a virtual rear cassette with up to 12 sprockets on which between 11 – 40 teeth per sprocket can be adjusted. The Bike Smart, on the other hand, has a chainring layout with up to 3 sprockets with the teeth being adjustable between 22 and 53 per sprocket. The rear cassette has up to 12 sprockets, and the teeth can be set between 11 and 40 per sprocket.

The maximum torque and maximum braking force also differ between the two bikes. The Smart Bike has a torque of 85 N⋅m and the Bike Plus 88 N⋅m. The maximum braking force is 260 N for the Bike Plus and only 250 N for the Bike Smart. A final relevant difference is that the Bike Smart only has three different crank lengths that can be set, while the Bike Plus has five.

The guarantee is valid in terms of the general statutory provisions for the end user.

Very good construction quality, easy to assemble and start up. Fantastic product for in home training. Don't give the 5 stars because there are some enhancements on the top range product that even bring this equipment to a higher level. But it comes also with an increased price so, this specific model is a superb combination of quality, performance and value.

Mieux que prévu

Je me entraîne depuis des années sur des vélos d intérieur à haute intensité, ce vélo là dépasse mes attentes, j apprécie particulièrement qu il fonctionne même sans alimentation électrique . Le courant produit par le pédalage est utilisé pour auto alimenter le panneau de contrôle.

Smart bike tacx

Simulatore eccezionale. Quando ti colleghi ad un app e ti scegli un percorso sembra veramente di essere in bici. Quando si sprinta per la volata la bike rimane ferma e ben piantata a terra. Non posso fare paragoni con altre smart bike perché ho sempre usato la Tacx ma questa è perfetta!!

Ist zeitig angekommen, gut Verpackt gewesen. Macht alles einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. Anfangs hatte ich bei den Kurbel oder beim Lager ein stetiges klappern. Aber nach der ersten 20km Strecke mit Belastung ist es gänzlich verschwunden. Kopplung mit rouvy total easy und reibungslos. Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Bike

Sehr guter Heimtrainer, leicht aufzubauen (unbedingt zu zweit aufbauen), stabil, leise und mit der Tacx Training App und anderen Drittanbieter gelingt die Fahrsimulation super. Einzig die Bremsen entsprechen nicht der Realität und lassen sich nur schwer betätigen / bzw. drücken.

Sehr wertig. Anbindung an Tablet und Videofahrten machen richtig Spaß. Simulation der Anstiege und Abfahrt verleihen dem Training einen Kick.

Lieferung und Alt Gerät Mitnahme haben sehr gut geklappt! Der Zusammenbau war zu zweit kein Problem. Sehr gut an diesem Indoor Bike ist, dass man sofort Trainieren kann, ohne App oder Tablet/Smartphone. Das Fahrgefühl kommt den fahren auf dem Rennrad schon sehr nah. Der Ventilator erzeugt ordentlich Fahrtwind so das bisher kein Zusatzgerät notwendig ist! Nicht so schön ist, das manche beschriebene Funktionen, z.B. rechts/ links Vergleich beim Fahren nur in der Tacx Desktop App funktionieren!... [Read more]
