The FitWood wall bars Aarni is a multi-functional wall bars, which is suitable for many training challenges. No matter whether you are a beginner, gym user or athlete - the Aarni wall bars offer ideal training possibilities. In addition, the stylish fitness wall is also suitable for children as playing and climbing wall.
Many simple and also challenging fitness exercises can be done with the sports equipment known from the gym. For instance, you can do chin-ups, dips or abdominal exercises with the sturdy wall bars. Chin-ups can be especially well done thanks to the pull-up bar on the upper end. Due to several training varieties, different muscle groups can be effectively trained. In addition, theAarni can be additionally used as supporting equipment for stretching exercises.
All 10 bars are shaped of a very sturdy birch wood and are very loadable. The fitness and playing wall is mounted (screwed) on four points in the wall at home and is very stable, all in all.

Die Sprossenwand in Birkenholz ließ sich leicht aufbauen und montieren. Ein Anruf beim Verkäufer zur Befestigung an der Wand war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Die Sprossenwand ist sehr gut verarbeitet, glatt und riecht sehr gut. Sie ist ein Schmuckstück, das die Kinder und ich jeden Tag intensiv und häufig nutzen. Ich mache einen großen Teil meines Trainingsprogramms an der Sprossenwand. Dazu habe ich auch Widerstandsbänder befestigt. Diese Sprossenwand hat mir mein Fitnesstrainer empfohlen; er hat sie auch. Das Holz fühlt sich gut an und riecht auch so. Schön verarbeitet. Leicht aufzubauen, die erste Kraftübung ist allerdings das Festziehen der Schrauben. Die Wandbefestigung erfordert etwas Überlegung. Durch den (aus Gründen der Optik zu begrüßenden) Verzicht auf Winkel o.ä. muss bei unebenen Wänden etwas geguckt werden. Suboptimal ist, dass das untere Brett zum Befestigen an der Wand auf ca 25-35cm Höhe verläuft - das ist exakt die Höhe, in der Steckdosen und Stromleitungen liegen. Alles in allem ein sehr schickes Produkt, das in weiß auch in einem kleinen Wohnzimmer nicht zu massig wirkt. Die diversen Griffmöglichkeiten sind zudem ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal.... [Read more]

Top Qualität! Seit dem ersten Lockdown wird die Sprossenwand von mir und meine beiden Töchtern (5 und 4 Jahre) beturnt. Die Möglichkeit, Klimmzüge daheim zu machen und sie farblich gut zu integrieren, gab den Ausschlag für diese Sprossenwand. Wertigkeit/ Montage: Die hohe Wertigkeit schlägt sich in Passgenauigkeit und Qualität der verwendeten Holzarten nieder. Für die Montage der Sprossen ist ein Gummihammer sehr nützlich, da hier die Passgenauigkeit fast zu hoch ist. Für die Montage ist insbesondere für die unteren Schrauben die Wand genau auf verlegte Kabel etc. zu prüfen (wie meine Vorredner schon angedeutet haben), da in der Höhe Stromleitungen oft verlegt werden. Da die Sprossenwand auf dem Boden steht, verteilt sich die Zugkraft zusätzlich dahin, so dass die Wandschrauben entlastet werden. Ich hatte 10mm x 80mm Dübel 8mm x 120mm Schrauben verwendet und es sitzt richtig fest (tragende Wand, Standard-Mauerwerk). Funktion: Ich bin etwa 180cm groß und schwebe wenige cm über den Boden, wenn ich an der Klimmzugvorrichtung hänge - das ist für mich optimal. Bei einer Deckenhöhe von 245cm bleibt auch ausreichend Platz für den Kopf. Bei den Übungen bleibt die Sprossenwand sehr stabil. Ich bin bisher sehr zufrieden.... [Read more]

This is the best product for home trainings for the whole family. Due to the Pandemie we were supposed to work and study from home for a month and this was the most used training accessory. I can only recommend it, although I write reviews only, if they are negative, so it took me almost six months to decide to write a review, but we are so happy with it each single day. The quality is outstanding, and it still looks perfect - the design is so well thought, with great functionality. My advice is when you are higher than 186cm to consider that it will not be so comfortable for all kind of exercises, but the standard for the height of the rooms in Germany is 250 cm, so still the product is the perfect height, up to the standards. The lowest bar is also on a perfect place and the paint(white) on the lowest and the highest seems to last forever. My recommendation for plastic wall plug is not the original, but the nylon spreizdübel SX(Fischer). These ones are good for vibrations and heavy use.
