The Kettler Vario 400 is a versatile weight bench for use in at-home strength training. With a high load-bearing capacity of up to 250 kg, the 8x-adjustable backrest and 3x-adjustable seat, the Vario 400 gives users a stable foundation on which to perform a huge number of exercises with dumbbells, barbells or their own bodyweight. Backrest angles range from decline to nearly upright, making the bench suitable for well-rounded full-body workouts.

The padded foot holders especially come in handy during exercises in a declined position like sit-ups and crunches and prevent users from sliding down the bench during presses. After a workout, a handle and wheels on the bench make it easy to roll it to a storage position.
