The BodyCraft multi-gym X-Press Pro offers numerous exercise and training possibilities in a small space. This multi-gym features an innovative cable and pulley system with adjustable training arms which make the BodyCraft multi-gym X-Press Pro well-suited for rehabilitation exercises and sport-specific training.
The multi-gym X-Press Pro is designed as a compact training space offering a combination of six different training modules (chest press, chest supported rowing machine, leg curl, lat pull-down bar, rowing, dual cable machine).

BodyCraft multi-gym: How to increase the maximum resistance

The BodyCraft multi-gym’s weight stack typically offers 90 kg of resistance. However, a clever mechanism allows you to increase the resistance of the chest press up to 180 kg. There are cables on either side of the chest press that can be attached to the carabiner hooks of the dual cable machine handles. Attaching one cable allows you to increase the resistance up to 135 kg, and attaching both doubles the maximum resistance to 180 kg. Since the incline of the chest press module can be adjusted, it can also be used for other exercises like inclined bench presses, should presses, or rows.

Hallo an alle Interessierte! Habe diese Station mit Beinpresse 2006 gekauft. Seit dem ist sie im Dauereinsatz 3-4 mal pro Woche, jeweils unter max. Belastung. Außer einem Seil, dass ich vorsichthalber gewechselt habe, zeigt das "Gerät" keine Verschleißerscheinungen. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Von der Beratung bis zur Lieferung und dem Aufbau - sehr professionell. Der Preis ist für die Verarbeitung und Qualität denke ich gerechtfertigt. Dafür hat man dann länger was davon. Alle Funktionen sind stabil ausgelegt und leichtgängig. Die Gewichte sind sofort aktiv und durchgängig vorhanden. Für mich als Anfänger mehr als ausreichend – wäre schon froh wenn ich wenigstens die hälfte Nutzen könnte. Jede Menge Möglichkeiten und das auf kleinstem Raum. Gutes Produkt mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zwar teurer als die Taurus-Stationen, aber auch wesentlich wertiger. Aufbau ist gut machbar.

Ich bin einfach nur begeistert von der Kraftstation. Habe lange überlegt ob ich so viel Geld für eine Kraftstation ausgeben möchte. Sehr viele Kraftstationen habe ich mir angeschaut und Bewertungen gelesen. Nun bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der Bodycraft X-Press Pro. Sehr stabile Station mit ausreichend Gewichte. Die Station lässt sich schnell und einfach verstellen für die unterschiedlichen Übungen. Habe die Station allein aufgebaut und etwa 8 Stunden gebraucht. Zu zweit geht es sicher etwas schneller und einfacher. Kann die Station nur jeden empfehlen der ein kleines Fitnesstudio für ein Ganzkörpertraining bei sich daheim haben möchte.... [Read more]

Wer keine 2 linken Hände hat, bekommt die Kraftstation in 1 Tag aufgebaut. Beim Verlegen der Züge ist das Aufbauvideo sehr hilfreich. Bis man alles an Ort und Stelle hat ist das 1. Workout,bei Paketen bis zu 90kg, bereits absolviert. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr hochwertig. Da wackelt nichts. Einziges Manko: verstellbare Füße wären gut um das Gerät auszurichten. Vielseitige Übungsmöglichkeiten zum Trainieren des ganzen Körpers. Das Zusatzgewicht mit 2,5kg sollte Frau unbedingt dazu kaufen.... [Read more]

Wir haben das Gerät jetzt seit einer Woche. Wir sind sehr zufrieden, das Gerät ist sehr hochwertig. Trotz meiner Größe von 200 cm kann ich alle Übungen problemlos ausführen. Wir haben uns vor dem Kauf in der Filiale in Saarbrücken beraten lassen, auch hiermit sind wir sehr zufrieden, ebenso mit dem kompetenten und reibungslosen Aufbau durch das Sport- Tiedje-Team. Also rundum top!
