This versatile bench adjusts to your exercise needs to help you reach your personal fitness goals. The 8x-adjustable backrest can be set to various angles from flat to decline and nearly upright. The seat can also be set to different angles to help users find an optimal position for the best comfort and stability during their exercises. The Adidas Utility weight bench has 5.6-cm thick cushions on the seat and backrest plus round pads around rollers for the user’s knees and feet.

Sturdy build for intense workouts

The robust frame with its resilient powder coating makes the bench amazingly durable for exercises with heavy weights. It can withstand loads of up to 360 kg (user + training weight) for use by serious strength athletes.
