The Nike 50-mm Urethane Weight Plates have a practical design which make it easier to pick the plates up off flat surfaces. Furthermore, the CPU coating prevents damage if plates collide or fall to the floor.

The CPU plates can be added to a barbell bar to perform many different exercises like squats or bench presses. You can also do exercises with just the plates alone or use them to add extra resistance to exercises which utilise your bodyweight. You can place the weight on your back or hold it across your chest, for example.
