The Kettler cross trainer Optima 600 packs a well-built construction providing first-rate movement quality into a compact design. The two flywheel masses – a 12-kg wheel in the rear and a 9-kg high-speed flywheel in the front – ensure extremely steady and joint-friendly motions which are otherwise unmatched in this price range. The Optima 600 requires little space for such a sturdy machine and is sure to be a great fit for any home or apartment with a high enough ceiling.
The adjustment options make it a great machine for the entire family: The foot treads can be set to three different positions, the arm to tread rail connecting tubes have four length settings to alter the stride, and the display can be tilted for users of different heights – any user can find the right settings for them to exercise comfortably and in a way that is easy on their joints. For workout variety, try holding a different position on the multi-grip handles from the classic ski pole position to a horizontal rowing grip to target and strengthen your back.
An electronically controlled magnetic brake provides 16 resistance levels. The resistance range can be set low for light easy movements, good for physical rehabilitation, up to high for intense endurance and interval training. The console offers a total of 19 programmes including for heart-rate controlled workouts. The easy-to-read LCD display provides an overview or all relevant training data like time, distance, speed, calories, rotations per minute, watts and heart rate.
The Kettler cross trainer Optima 600 also sets new benchmarks for elliptical cross trainers – a low entry height assists with mounting and dismounting the machine, cushioned tread pads improve joint-friendliness and a premium powder-coating finish protects the elegant yet durable steel frame. After a workout, a built-in set of wheels helps with moving the machine to a storage position.

Der Crosser von Kettler hat uns beim testen sofort überzeugt. Er steht auch bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten stabil und läuft sich sehr gleichmäßig. Das Display ist einfach zu bedienen und bietet klassische Trainingsprogramme, wie man sie auch von Studiogeräten kennt.
Der Aufbau war zu zweit gut machbar. Die Anleitung ist leicht verständlich gewesen und alles hat gepasst, wie es sollte.

Hervorragende Bewegung, sehr gelenkschonend. Trainingscomputer einfach zu bedienen und bietet alles, was man braucht. Gerät steht solide, da wackelt nichts. Auch für große Personen geeignet!

Der Crosstrainer ist ideal für mich. Die Lieferung kam schnell und der Aufbau war total einfach. Die 19 Trainingsprogramme mit Herzfrequenz‑Steuerung finde ich super!
