The elements can be positioned freely on the sturdy wall bars.The wall bars themselves consist of nine, solid beech wood struts and a metal frame. The mobile pull-up bar provides three grip options for versatile bodyweight training for the abdomen, back and arms. Experienced athletes are provided with diverse training and beginners can dip their toes in the water with some demanding variations, like pull-ups or leg lifts.
